TERMS AND CONDITIONS
www.clarisvirot.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site””) is published by LION-SNAKES, SAS, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 1,000 Euros, whose registered office is situated at 53, rue Boissière 75116 Paris France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 798 547 006, and whose Intra-Community VAT number is FR 20 798 547 006 (hereinafter referred to as “LION-SNAKES”). These general conditions of sale shall apply to all orders placed on the Site. LION-SNAKES reserves the right to adapt or modify these conditions. The applicable version of the general conditions of sale shall be the one that appears online on the Site at the time the order is placed.
The Customer declares that it is a physical or moral person and has the legal capacity to place an order on the Site.
The Customer must ensure that the mandatory personal details registered under the “my account” tab are correct and complete. LION-SNAKES will not be responsible for failure to deliver a product if the addressee’s details supplied are incorrect. LION-SNAKES shall be entitled to cancel an order if the Customer’s IP address is from a different country to the billing address and/or delivery address.
The items that are offered for sale are those described in the Site. LION-SNAKES takes every care to ensure that the display and description of these items are as informative as possible. However, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the Site may contain minor errors. If a delivered item does not conform to its description on the Site, the Customer may cancel the order or may rely on the implied warranty that the item is fit for purpose and LION-SNAKES shall, as the case may be, either exchange the item or refund (all or part of) the price charged.
Orders placed on the Site shall comply with the procedure put in place by LION-SNAKES, which includes a series of steps which the Customer must follow in order to confirm an order. Before finally confirming an order, the Customer will have the opportunity to check the order details and the total price, and to correct any errors. A confirmed order shall constitute a sales contract and the acceptance of all the terms herein.
LION-SNAKES may refuse an order from a Customer with whom it is involved in legal action or is in dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or which may breach the terms hereof.
If such a case arises, LION-SNAKES shall inform the Customer of the same by email. Unless the Customer contacts LION-SNAKES in order to correct details which are inaccurate or contrary to these general conditions of sale, LION-SNAKES reserves the right not to fulfil the order.
LION-SNAKES shall send the Customer an order summary setting out the items, prices, stock availability, quantities and so on. For this purpose, the Customer agrees that LION-SNAKES may send confirmation of the contents of an order to it by email. Invoices shall be remitted at the time of delivery.
In the event that some or all of the ordered items are out of stock, the Customer shall receive an email confirming either that the order shall becanceled or that it shall be partially fulfilled.
Pursuant to the provisions of article L 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, in the event that an ordered item is out of stock, the Customer may either:
- agree to the delivery of an item of equivalent quality and price from the range of available items;
- receive a refund of the price of the ordered item or service within 30 days of requesting a refund.
IV- Prices and payment methods
All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes except for import duties. The total price of the order (including taxes and import duties) is indicated on the payment page.
The provisions of the French Tax Code relating to VAT shall apply to deliveries outside the French territory. Depending on local regulations, customs duties may be payable on delivery.
LION-SNAKES reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, items shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order was placed, subject to availability of stock.
2. Payment methods
Payment for goods is due on the date of the order.
Payment may be made by card or via PayPal. The cards which are currently accepted are: Carte Bleue, Visa and MasterCard.
The Customer warrants that they are entitled to use the payment card or their PayPal account to pay for the order.
Bank card: the Customer will have access to a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment, which will ensure the security and recording of the payment order. The Customer expressly agrees that by providing the number of their bank card to LION-SNAKES they authorize LION-SNAKES to debit their account with the total order amount.
For each order placed, the Member shall send its bank a bank account debit request within 24 hours.
PayPal: the total order amount shall be immediately debited from the PayPal account.
The order shall be considered effective upon confirmation of the banking payment centers’ agreement.
The Customer is advised to print out and retain their receipt in order to keep a record of the transaction details.
3. Recorded data
The data recorded and kept by LION-SNAKES constitutes proof of the order and of all transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by the Customer, which must be the residential address of the Customer or of any other physical or moral person selected by the Customer and domiciled in France (including the French Overseas Territories and Departments) or abroad. LION-SNAKES reserves the right to refuse certain orders sent from abroad for regulatory reasons or due to practical difficulties in delivering the merchandise. LION-SNAKES shall inform the Customer of such a refusal by email and shall refund the total payment received in respect of the relevant order within 5 days from the date of the email.
Delivery may not be made to PO boxes.
In order to ensure that delivery times are met, the Customer must ensure that the details it has supplied in respect of the delivery address are correct and complete (including: house or building number, floor numbers, access codes, names and/or telephone numbers, etc.).
The Customer may select one of the following delivery methods:
Express delivery by UPS. Deliveries to mainland France of orders made before 1pm on business days, normally take 1 working days and are made between Monday and Saturday morning, excluding public holidays.
For very isolated areas delivery can be d+2
Corse : d+2
outside mainland France
Deliveries are usually made between 2 and 4 working days by UPS
Times and delivery costs vary depending on the country of destination and weight of the package.
Standard Delivery by So Colissimo. Deliveries normally take 3 to 4 working days and are made between Monday and Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. Deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address supplied at the time of the order. If no one is available to take delivery of an item, a calling card will be left advising the Customer that the parcel may be collected from the nearest post office. Parcels shall be kept for collection at the post office for 15 calendar days. In the event that a parcel is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier, the items shall be returned to LION-SNAKES, which will attempt to contact the Customer in order to agree a new delivery date, failing which it will refund the total order amount, including delivery charges, within 5 days from the date of receipt of the parcel returned by Colissimo.
Courier delivery. Deliveries are made under 3 hours between Monday and Friday, except for public holidays, for orders placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm shall be delivered the following day within a 3-hour slot. The 3-hour slots are as follows: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, and 4pm-6pm
If the Customer is not available to take delivery, LION-SNAKES shall contact it in order to agree an alternative date or method of delivery. The Customer shall be liable for the new delivery charges.
The delivery times indicated by LION-SNAKES are those within which deliveries are usually made. No refund of import duties shall be paid in the event that delivery takes longer than stated. The total delivery time shall be the time within which the item becomes available + the time taken to process and prepare the order + the time taken to deliver the item depending on the carrier and the relevant country of destination.
Except for courier deliveries, deliveries are usually made within 1 to 4 working days if to France and 2 to 4 working days if abroad, depending on the country of destination. The stated delivery times are indicative only and correspond to the average processing and delivery times. LION-SNAKES shall not be responsible for consequences resulting from delays in delivery that are beyond its control.
Late deliveries The Customer may cancel their order if they do not receive their items within 10 working days.
Within 5 working days from the Customer’s cancellation request, LION-SNAKES shall refund the Customer by bank transfer or via PayPal.
Completed deliveries A delivery shall be deemed to have been completed once the items have been made available to the Customer, by the carrier, using the carrier’s control system such as the delivery tracking system offered on the website of the French post office (La Poste) with regards to “So Colissimo” for deliveries to France.
The Customer is responsible for checking the items on delivery and to raise any reasonable objections or complaints, and may even refuse to take delivery of an item, if the item appears to have been opened or is clearly damaged. Such objections and complaints should be addressed to the carrier by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt within three working days from delivery of the items and a copy shall immediately be sent to LION-SNAKES.
VI- Right to cancel
You have 14 days from receipt of our shipment to return, for whatever reason, all goods ordered on www.clarisvirot.com
To request a return, simply :
- Connect to your account (upside your screen on the right)
- Choose "Order historyand returns"
- Click on "Return"
- Print the document, where all instructions are given, and include it in your shipping.
No "Return" button with your order means time for return is up.
You can then return, at your own expenses, the goods in their original packaging and, needless to say, in perfect condition for resale, to the following address:

Returns are not possible on customized bags. Shipping expenses are not refund.
Refunds for returned goods are issued within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of said goods

LION-SNAKES shall make the refunds referred to in paragraphs II and VI within 5 days following its receipt of the relevant items.
VIII– Data processing and protection
The data gathered by LION-SNAKES when an order is placed is needed in order to manage the transaction. All or part of this data may be circulated for this purpose to the service providers used by LION-SNAKE to carry out the order. The Customer is informed that this personal data may also be gathered by an organization tasked with analyzing orders and fighting payment card fraud. In accordance with the French law on data protection (loi Informatique et Libertés n°78-17 of 6 January 1978), the Customer has the right of access to personal data held on them, to demand its rectification or removal and to object to the processing of this data.

X- Applicable law
All orders are automatically subject to these general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law and French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of dispute. Customers may report all queries and complaints to Customer Services in order for the matter to be resolved amicably. If no resolution amicably is found Court of Paris will be assigned
